Shipping, Returns, & Local Pick up

Shipping Info:

- Most items are shipped in the lower 48 states via USPS or UPS and do include insurance

- Lighting will ship anywhere from 4weeks to 12 months. Please reach out for more specifics if needed.

For packages that are refused, additional shipping fee may be charged to re-deliver your item. Original shipping fee is not refundable. A restocking fee will apply.

RETURN POLICY

As a small business we do have an All Sales are Final policy. 

CANCELLATIONS:

Requests for cancellations may or may not be accommodated depending on status in the shipment que. Requests need to be made by 8am central the following morning after a LIVE SALE.  All approved cancellations will be charged a 5% restocking fee with the remainder refunded as a store credit. We cannot accommodate cancellations on sale/clearance/holiday purchases.

DAMAGED ITEMS

 If your online order arrived damaged or defective, please contact us (within 7 business days) at info@pineandivy.com, M- F, 10am- 5 PM Central TIme.

No refunds will be processed for items reported after 7 business days. 

 LOCAL PICKUP:

If you have order local pick up through our website or App, please email us to arrange your pick up day. We will need a day to ensure your order is available at The OC. If your order includes lighting, please email info@pineandivy.com to verify it is in stock and ready for pick up.

All orders will be held for 60 days. After 60 days, items will be returned to stock and no refund will be completed.
