Order Status
If the product you have ordered is in stock, it is being pulled from our warehouse, cut and prepared for shipment during regular business hours. However, since we occasionally run out of stock, it may take an additional 90 days for replenishment, if however we cannot ship within 14 days, we will notify you and offer you the option of cancelling or replacement. Transport Policy
Orders destined for the United States are processed from our Gaithersburg, MD distribution center everyday and are shipped as soon as they are complete.

While we indicate UPS Ground as the basic transport we may from time to time use USPS Parcel Service to help expedite your shipment when it warrants or when ground service is not available to your address.

Return Policy:
Custom Orders are not returnable. Shipping Charges are not refundable.

Up to 25% restocking charge may be levied on returned orders, or for reasons outside of our product guarantee.

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and a “Pine & Ivy Return Merchandise Authorization”. The authorization is good for 21 days only and the product must be received by Pine & Ivy within that time. Return authorizations cannot be extended or re-issued.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges and risk of loss on all return shipments. Pine & Ivy recommends using a reputable shipping carrier capable of providing proof of delivery, as well as properly packing and fully insuring your return shipment.
